1. Who we are

IssuePass ("we", "us", "our") provides a digital card issuance and wallet management platform accessible at issuepass.app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our service.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data — name, email address, and password when you register.
  • Organisation data — organisation name and settings you configure.
  • Cardholder data — names, identifiers, and barcode values you upload when issuing passes.
  • Usage data — log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the IssuePass platform.
  • To send transactional emails (pass delivery, account notifications).
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To improve platform reliability and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase and Vercel, both of which operate data centres in the EU and US. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party processors:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Apple / Google — wallet pass delivery on their respective platforms.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@issuepass.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

Account and cardholder data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for authentication and a preference cookie for your theme and density settings. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
