1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the IssuePass platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of service

IssuePass provides a software-as-a-service platform for digital card issuance and wallet pass management. We enable organisations to create, issue, and revoke digital passes compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@issuepass.app.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Issue passes containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate another organisation or individual.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

5. Cardholder data

You are the data controller for any personal data you upload about your cardholders. You warrant that you have the legal right to process and share this data with us for the purpose of issuing passes, and that your use complies with applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the IssuePass platform, including software, design, and documentation, remains our property. You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, cardholder data). You grant us a licence to use that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IssuePass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
